Balancing your time

Learn to balance your time

It seems we can't get enough time in a day! We're always busy and on the go!

This is the norm for lots of people.

As entrepreneurs, we're always looking to expand our business in the quickest time possible.

The truth is, we only have 24 hours in a day.

I remember a few years ago, I was working 3 jobs, during this time, I learned a thing or two about time management that helped me excel at my business.

Secrets reveal
  1. Organize by the 30's

Organizing by the 30s is a very effective way to accomplish something. Most people don't have a full hour to spare. Organize by the 30 means setting aside 30 minutes to do the essentials you need to do.

This is most effective when you time yourself within a 30-minute interval.

  2. 80/20 Rule

The 80/20 principle is not unique, but it works. Using the 80/20 advocate a mindset to produce 20% of the habits or strategies that will equal 80% of the results.

  3. Assigned days

Lastly, set your time up by days. I found this strategy effective when there's a lot to do in a week and you simply don't know where to start.

Having a routine is a part of this strategy. For example, every Monday you will ________

Every Tuesday you will _________, and so on.

  4. Bonus: Take a day free- if nothing else works, then take a break from what's keeping you busy. This day should be used to prioritize your main objectives.
