I had the priveldge to plan for a wedding and I must admit it's fun and exhausting. Thinking about how much peoole will show up, to who to invite is no easy task.

Then I think about a wedding planner. I came to the realization that the work of a wedding planner is no easy job.

This brings me back to business. Planning your business is no easy

task as an owner. You're choosing who you want to be on your team, what benefits they will receive, and how you will pay for everything.

Just like the wedding, it's an important moment. My advice to anyone making a lasting moment is to do the hard work, and stay strong the future is bright.

Lastly, ask for help, you don't have to do it by yourself.

I learned the benefits of getting up early long ago. Honestly, at first I didn't think it made a difference.

Over time, however, when I arrive first to a meeting, event, or social, I realize I get to soak in more of the task at hand.

I get time to sit down, think, review, and most importantly, breathe. A pet peeve I have is struggling to get somewhere on time.

We all know the feeling!

I use the morning to plan, preview, write, and reflect. How do you plan your morning?

You must think of purpose, when planning and growing your business. I often times think what drives me to be a business owner. What are my experience, the things I've seen, heard, studied and even felt.

These questions stays close to my heart. Without purpose you can lose your way. The way of your business, it's objectives and goals.

The simple factor that motivates me to get up, grow, focus and even stay ahead is purpose.
